I found three US companies that run parties on their premises - one in
Florida, one in Arizona and one in New Jersey.

The parties are conducted Tuesday through Saturday 10:00 to 12:00,
1:00 to 3:00 or 4:00 to 6:00.
Theyy are aimed at children from 4 years up, but I imagine could be
just as much fun for adults.
"COST: $7.00 per child. (Minimum 8, maximum 20)
$10.00 room charge. (Over 20 kids, $20.00 room charge. Absolute
maximum 24............NO exceptions...........thank you!)
THE FIRST HOUR THE CHILDREN LEARN HOW TO MAKE CANDY"
The arrangements for the second hour are up to you, but they can also
supply balloons, cakes, pinatas, drinks and icecream.
They provide room decorations, white paper tablecloth and all candy
making supplies. They also put your child's name (or presumably
yours)on the front window, and they clean the room at the end of the
party.
They do not accept party bookings or queries about date availability
via e-mail.
Instead they request you to phone(908) 685-0410 or stop into the
store.
Candyland Crafts is on Main St. (Route 28), in Somerville, NJ.
"We are located roughly 20 miles N of Princeton, and 20 S of
Morristown. It's about 45 minutes to the Newark International Airport,
and we're approximately 45 minutes from Pennsylvania."

I cannot find (on the net) anyone who comes to your venue with this
kind of demonstration, but imagine it might not be possible due to:
a) the specialist machinery required, and
b) health and safety regulations.
There might however be a local licensed offsite caterer who is
prepared to give a simple demonstration.

Thank you - the mention of a bar mitzvah gave me the clue. I found a
New York website called Bar Mirzvah NY which lists many business
resources. On their DJs' page:

they list a company called Advanced Entertainment whose advertisement
offers a very comprehensive range of services including candy making.
".....Tattoos, Candy Making, Krazy Hats, Murder Mystery, Trivia,
Robots, Laser Star, License Plates, CD Recording Booth, Carnivals,
Candle Art, ....."

Visiting their website, I was unable to find a mention of candy
making, which could mean they no longer offer it but have not updated
their listings. However, they do state:

recently acquired it or if its out there, we'll find it. "
