bipin11-ga,

I found a brief discussion of the Rituxan patents which makes clear
that their are a number of patents held -- in the US and elsewhere --
with different expiration dates. Most of the relevant patents expire
between 2015 and 2018.

Would a link to this information -- which contains some additional
details, but does not itemize the individual patents and their
expiration dates -- meet your needs as an answer to your question?

Let me know.

I am looking for specific patent numbers relating to Rituxan (a
monoclonal antibody) and its human target, CD20. I know that
Genentech also has patents relating to 'production of monoclonal
antibodies', famously known as the Cabilly patents but they are not of
concern.

I hope this clarify's my question.

MAN, these are infuriatingly hard to track down. Do you think this is one of them:

Let me know.
