I'm looking a list of what constitutes a "minor traffic violation" in
Texas. Specifically, Lubbock county, Texas. More specifically, if I
had been arested in the past for a no-insurance ticket and for failure
to appear can I consider those "minor violations"? Thanks for your
help!
