I am looking for the manufacturer of a hot dog stand (MODULE/KIOSK)in
the shape of a hot dog, as seen in Orlando and found one on Google in
California, but it does not mention manufacturer.

I've found numerous references to a hot dog chain in New Orleans
called "Lucky Dogs." Their hot dog stands look like this:

I haven't been able to learn who supplies Lucky Dogs with its
ultra-jumbo franks on wheels. This may be a product that is
custom-made.
