Hi, I am a Canadian citizen who has a Canadian corporation.

I would like to expand my business to USA, and therefore open a new
office in Buffalo, NY.

So my question is what is the exact procedure to do this? Do I need to
incorporate another company in USA? Is it possible for Canadians? Do I
need to hire US employees, or Canadians are ok? In order to create US
company - does one of the partners need to be an American citizen or
all Canadians are ok? And anything else associated with Canadians
opening new business in USA.
