what is the premedia market size in spend in America per main industry sector?

The traditional Pre-Press industry would appear to be in serious
decline, over the last decade we have seen this industry being
re-defined with the inclusion of media destined not just for print but
other "static" medias, ie Internet and now is often described now as
"Pre-media" Whereas the market size of the Pre-Press industry was
often described as a % of print spend i.e. 10%-15%. I am now trying to
find some way of expressing the $ size of the "Pre-media" sector....
