My shop's name in my contract is 'Middleastern Deli' Can I sell Toilet papers tissues and sweets in my shop under my contract or not? please provide me with a solid proof if the answer is yes, thank you | |

With whom is this contract? I'm sure the name of the shop has nothing to do with what you can sell. Rather, the terms of the contact would determine that. |

1- I am a sole proprietor/small shop owner in a small shoping centre. 2- I am tradinding as a "www market" by fair trade,who licensed me in new south wales, while in my contract with the shoping center's management is "www deli". 3) What is this contract you mentioned?The contract i mentioned is a normale leaseing contract, which does not states any items to be sold. Have you read the fine print?no. |

Unless you are barred or proscribed by contract or law, then you can sell whatever you want. You may want to consult with your landlord and local authorities. |
