I searched Google for captain's beds, but they all seem to be twin or
double. Don't manufacturers make them in queen size?

Note - even though this website lists a Captain's Bed in the size you

Very fast and helpful answer!  I had searched Google for captain's
beds, but could only find twin sizes and double sizes.  I wish I knew
how tlspiegel-ga managed to track down the queen sizes.

My keyword search was simply:  captain's bed queen   :)  
 
There wasn't a ton of information because as you found most of them
are either twin or full sized.

I've been looking for the same thing.  It has helped to observe the
other key words in the searches that DO come up, and then applying
them to new searches.  For example, storage bed is frequently used, as
is platform bed.  Here are a couple sites I found.
