I hope this helps you.

Dudley
Spelling variations include: Dudley, Dudlie, Dudly and others.

First found in Worcestershire where they held a family seat from very early times.

Some of the first settlers of this name or some of its variants were:
Andrew Dudley who landed in Virginia in 1622; Anne Dudley made her
home in Salem, Massachusetts in 1630; and Ben Dudley settled in
Virginia in 1651; John Dudley chose the islands of Barbados as his
stopping place in 1679.

Get her death certificate for starters ... that may give her age and
maybe some other clues.

Hello averyireland

If you're willing to pay a fee of nearly $60, you may be able to get
help from this Irish Genealogy website:
http://www.irishgenealogy.ie/

" 1. What is a Births and Baptism Search?

Mayo Family History Centre will conduct a priority search of its
extensive databases of birth and baptism records for the county.
. . . .

2. What is the charge for this service?

The fee for a successful search is ?45 (about $59).

3. Do I get a refund if the search is not successful?

There will be a refund of ?20 (about $26) for an unsuccessful search. "

Unfortunately there are no official birth records online. The
Government Register Office for Ireland says:

"Can I search for Birth/Death/Marriage Records online?

No, our index and records are in a manual format, which is basically
unchanged since the 19th century. We are in the process of
computerising them but a decision has yet to be taken about which, if
any, of these records will be available online. "

Good luck - Leli

In which country did Winifred Dudley marry?
Was she married coming to the US?
