Manchester encoding transmits a 0 as +1 voltage for T/2 seconds
followed by -1 for T/2 seconds and a 1 as -1 voltage for T/2 seconds
followed by +1 for T/2 seconds. A NRZ encoding transmits a 0 with +1
voltage for T seconds and 1 with -1 voltage for T seconds.

a. What is the bandwidth cost of Manchester encoding compared to NRZ?
 
b. If the receiver needs to recover clocking signal, which encoding is
more suitable?
