Most of these companies sell the products directly with sales reps.
Seiko, Pulsar, and Wenger are handled by reps, or by you calling their
headquarters which are mostly in New Jersey. If you look into Fossil,
it is direct, and they carry three or four barnds because the have
relic and make watches for a few other people. Most watch companies
require that you have a physical storefront with "normal" business
hours. Skagen is also direct and based in Las Vegas I believe. In
the course of a day you can easily contact 20 of the top brands by
email, and they will get back to you over the next week. Just find
the contact email on their websites. If you are selling online, they
will not be as interested compared to you selling from a store.
My experience tells me the watch wholesalers in the US are not legit,
there are a few, but I think they are just retailers, and have limited
models, or grey market products from overseas... |
