Hi dbolour,

Try this:

Control Panel / Internet Option / Privacy Tab / Click on Edit

Add each of the following domains and click "Allow":

dmt.com
hotmail.com
passport.com
passport.net
msn.com

Click OK / click Apply / click OK

Close and then re-open IE.

Please let me know if that solves it for you.
