ok my friend was sentenced to 4 months imprisionment and 2 months imprisionment both sentences to run concurrently . these were for a sect6 CJPOA and a sect 8 CJPOA. These were handed out in his absense after having attended three previous court dates to anser these charges . his life is in danger in ireland as there has been a threat made by a paramilitary organisation in ireland , thus the reason he didnt turn up in court. i already know that anyone can be extradited back to the roi for anything 4 months or over regarding these offences . just want a straight answer as in to how to find out if the uk police or psni have information that would cause his arrest if he were detained and a persons check done on him for any other reason. ps... any good places to from a eaw..without having to watch your back (english speaking |

Interesting! I wonder if the new Freedom of Information Act covers such a situation? |
