I want to know how to write a working simulation in NS2 to simulate
web traffic, TCP traffic and CBR taffic,using diffserv.   And the
exterior node in the network should be made to send packets to a node
outside the network via a wireless link, and packet drops should be
monitored.

I would be glad to answer this question, but I need to know a little more
background on your situation.

1. Are you looking for suggestions for the design of this simulation?

2. You have a design and are looking for guidance in implementing it in ns-2?

[or both]

3. What characteristics of wireless transmission do you consider important
to include? For example: range of transmission, interference, and shadows.
You might get by with a relatively simple model here, but I don't know
what the focus of your research is.

4. Same question as #3, but for differential service.

I have ns2 in my linux operating system, I have tried running some of
the examples on the most recent ns2 allinone wireless simulation, but
they just would'nt run. my reaserch is on Diffserv implementation on
both fixed and mobile IP. Hence I am looking for a possible solution
and guidance to this effect, that is a written script that would run
that would eventually give me a idea on how to progress.

Based on the clarification, I don't think I could address the problem
described. I suggest you sign up for the ns-users mailing list at
  http://mailman.isi.edu/mailman/listinfo/ns-users
and post a message describing...
 - the configuration of your system
 - the version of ns-2 you have installed
 - the example you are trying to run (command line, etc.)
 - the exact error messages (or "won't run" behavior) you are getting
and I would expect you to get an answer from the product maintainers
or a more skilled user directly.
