Question ID: 458209
I'm looking into opening a place that sells shot glasses.

I'm trying to figure out what it would take to print or purchase a lot
of shot glasses (1000+) with different color designs. I don't mind
buying in bulk. I would like to get/make them for as little as
possible (hopefully around $1.00) because I would like to make a
decent profit. I would need hundreds of different styles. That is
very important, and usually the hurdle I run into when I find a
supplier on the net.

They sell them everywhere for only a few bucks, so you know they spend
a fraction of that.

If there are some good suppliers, please let me know. The other
option is to let me know what it would take to print them myself. I
could buy a bulk of plain shotglasses in the small and large sizes,
and then print them myself somehow. They would have to be
professional, multicolored, and just like you would get in a gas
station. I would also need to know where to get the patterns. I
realize that it may take a lot of money to purchase the equipment, but
that's fine as long as the per glass price is extremely low.

I would need the generic shot glasses or patterns such as all of the
states, schools, sports teams, and joke glasses.

Thanks!

When you buy a shot glass from a gift shop for example, how does the
manufacturer actually put on the design? Is it some kind of decal
that is heated on, or is it screen printed?

I really don't know anything about the process.

I also really want to stress the fact that I want a LOT of different
designs, and they have to be professional. Everything I find on the
.NET is a single design.
