Never understood what the joker meant when he says "Im of a mind makes
a mookie". Can you please enlighten me to what he is referring to and
its meaning? Or is it just jibberish?

Thanks,

Gary

When the Joker says this, he has been talking to his henchman Bob
about pursuing Vicki Vale. 'Making mooky eyes' is slang for
'flirting', so I would assume that 'to make some mooky' means 'to make
whoopee'.
