what is the optimmum temperature setting for a men's locker room in a
busy health club?

Hi wickjg,

According to the "Health/Fitness Facility Standards and Guidelines" of
the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the recommended
temperature is 72 to 78 degrees Fahrenheit.
