I need to get an accurate understanding of what construction costs are
presently in the Sacramento, CA area (Woodland, CA specifically). I
need to know what the replacement costs would be for a residential
property that I own.

What would it cost to replace a 1,400-sqaure foot home with the
following particulars?

It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a living room, dining area, sun room,
kitchen, and garage? This home is a duplex and also has a swimming
pool (although not huge). Further, the kitchen, dining area, sunroom,
and both baths are tiled. The three bedrooms and living room are
carpeted. The home is in very good condition. It has new
double-paned windows, new dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and
washer/dryer. The garage has built in wall cabinets. The roof is
brand new.

Thanks
