I have three potential services for you.

Dow Jones' Factiva offers a service that might meet your needs. You
can get details at http://factiva.com/factiva/payg/promotion.asp?node=menuElem1500.

Another possibility is WorldFlash at http://www.worldflash.com/.

CNN offers a news alert service that allows you to select your own
keywords at http://www.cnn.com/youralerts/.

The CNN service is free, but may not provide news from enough sources
to suit you. The other services cost money, but the prices (less than
$100/year) seem reasonable relative to what you get.

See what you think of this site: http://www.bizlib.com/ZRS64275.html

Example - Abbott Laboratories:Gold Company Profile

The Gold Profile provides very comprehensive information about the
company. The Report includes price history and charting, an extended
business summary, the five-year financial history and information on
management, insiders and institutions. It also successfully outlines
the strategic position of the company within the market and provides
detailed information on the functioning of the company under various
constraints. The extensive report, which is frequently updated,
includes highly valuable information that can be used in making an
informed decision.

If you know the companies you want info on then e-mail me: matthewt@cmsinfo.com
We have a large quantity of data that is not available via our
website...due to the mass volume of data entry.

I'd simply go to Yahoo Finance http://finance.yahoo.com/ and sign up
for an account (it's easy and free) and create a stock portfolio.
Choose "detailed" as the Default view for your portfolio.

You'll get press and earning releases, SEC filings, and lots of
contemporary articles from the likes of the Wall Street Journal (full
text may require a subscription), CBS, and most of the wire services.
