Several years of treatment with prednisone left me with a permanent
"moon face" (also known as "Cushingoid facies.") Each person reacts
differently, but most of the people I know who have been treated with
steroids for more than two months or so have varying degrees of facial
puffiness long-term. The upside of this is that when a person with
Cushingoid facies grows older, he or she tends to have fewer wrinkles,
and may retain a more youthful look.

Yes and you are a sourpuss as well.

The researcher did a great job with limited information and he alse requested:

If you have any questions about my research please post a
clarification request prior to rating the answer.

Although I'm usually with your analysis about the sourpuss comment
Probono, I think the questions clearly stated that the condition
developed due to the "lysis of adhesions procedure in my back". The
answer was therefore on a tangent that wasn't quite what was asked.

Assuming that the back procedure could possibly have something to do
with moonface then the question was not answered satisfactorally.
However you're completely right that the 1 star rating and the
sourpuss attitude can wait until after the questioner requests
clarrification.

I am sorrry --- Didn't mean to be a sourpuss It is my first time with
this here --- Didn't get the part about clarifying etc. But I
still think that mentiong cushing's syndrome was a goose chase......
