Can anyone find the Martin Luther King Day Presidential Proclamation

I need the whole Proclamation, not just the AP quotes.

There doesn?t appear to be one published for 2005 as of yet.

It looks like the President is going to formally make the proclamation
later this afternoon at the Kennedy Center.

Sorry - I inadvertently posted this as an answer. I am reposting it
here as a comment.

Here it is - albeit well after the fact for some reason - published on the White
House's web site.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday, 2005
http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2005/01/20050115-2.html

Sorry we couldn't produce it sooner. The White House is apparently
tardy with it's updates.
