Hi, I'm looking for a copy of a book called "Synerstretch" put out by
a company called Health for Life. I went to their website,
www.healthforlife.com, but it is down. I would also like to get a
copy of the DVD by the same name.

"Secondly, I would like to warn people about the HEALTH FOR LIFE
website. It looks like the original company went out of business and
the website is now controlled by someone wholly bent on credit card
fraud. I tried to purchase from the website and within a few days my
bank called my up about unusual activity and I closed the account. I
decided to test it out again with another credit card that I hadn't
used in over a year, and sure enough, within a few days my card had
over $500 of "credit holds" on it (not actually charges, but the
authorization to charge in the future).

After reading several of the posts here, it appears that the website
has been on a slow downward spiral for the past few years."

That is very interesting. While HFL may now be defunct, I'm sure
there are copies of the book out there. I saw one site that had it,
but it looked like it was in the UK. I'd prefer not have to pay
international shipping rates. Would we be extremely ideal is if it
were available as a .pdf. I'd take the hard copy though.

Also, the book that they mention in that thread is not the book I am
looking for. I think they are referring to a book on rotator cuffs.

The book and video don't appear to be available. It's out of stock at Amazon.

The closest I could come to is a PDF file which appears to use the same techniques.
