What is the tariff for passenger cars from the US into Europe, Japan
and South America?  And the flip side...what is the tariff the US
charges on automobiles shipped in from Japan and Europe?

Dear Jackson, 

(1) Could you please define if you're discussing trade vehicles or private export? 

(2) Could you please divulge to which countries you're refering in
"Europe"? EU policies might be handy, but obscure countries such as
Albania or Georgia might be difficult to come by.

(3) Same applies for South America: any particular countries?
Naturally, regarding South America and Europe, each country added to
your list would make Research more complex and might require work
beyond the scope of your price.
