i have a friend who put me on his 'spam list' accidentally because he is a
true novice at computing. he can send me e-mails but mine come back as un-
deliverable. the only thing that i can ascertain for sure is he has
aol and microsoft. i assume he is using outlook express. is there
some guidelines that i can provide to him so he will be able to accept e-mails

If he has AOL, it is unlikely that he is using Outlook as AOL requires
users to either sign in using their software, or check their email
over the internet by logging into AOL.com using any internet
connection. AOL should have a way to remove peope from their
blacklist, but I don't have AOL, and haven't in ages, so I don't know
how to do it. Maybe another answerer would know how.
