AIDS Drug Assistance Program

The AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) provides drugs to individuals
who otherwise could not afford them.

Individuals are eligible for ADAP if they: 

1. Are infected with HIV 
2. Have an annual federal adjusted gross income below $50,000 
3. Are not covered by/eligible for Medi-Cal or other third-party payer* 
4. Are a resident of California 
5. 18 years of age or older 
6. Have a valid prescription from a California licensed physician 

An individual is subject to a co-payment obligation if his/her annual
federal adjusted gross income is between 400% of federal poverty level
and $50,000.
