I would like to contact investors or celebrities in California who
would be interested in investing in a home and farm land in Oklahoma.
I have searched several ways using the terms investors, california,
celebrities, investment opportunities. I keep getting results for me
to invest with someone in California. I would like to contact via
email persons who would be interested in a beautiful custom home with
ranch land (up to 80 acres) with lots of wildlife and fishing. This
place would be good for a vacation getaway or private residence. I
don't want to advertise in a classified section, but I would be
willing to advertise in an investment online (or paper) publication
targeting this group. I prefer to have a way to find websites or a
list of websites with email addresses I could contact personally. I
am not going to spam. I want to send the web site address which has
my home and land on it, and garner opportunities this way. It will
specific and targeted, contacting or advertising to those who could
actually pay for and be looking for a property such as mine. If this
is against your policy, I would be willing to research myself with the
correct research terms and words to use to get the results I want.

Sorry to tell you this, but sending unsolicited e-mails, no matter how
targeted the audience, IS spam.

If someone is an investor or person interested in finding a home in
the country (or interested in buying anything) and put their email
address on a web site that is related to this, then are they not
supplying the email address so that someone could tell them about it?
I am not interested in emailing all and sundry about something they
have not indicated interest. I may not have stated my needs
correctly, but this is what I want. Perhaps an impossible task to
find such online advertising venues or email addresses, but that is
what I was asking for.

I am a Realtor in Texas, and I am also searching for California, New
York investors. The easiest way I found is to do a search in your
county or adjacent counties, searching out of town owners in the tax
records. Property here in Texas is as nice and much less expensive
than in both the states I mentioned. I found my investors that way.
Now that being said, I did not email them, I send a standard Investors
letter to their home addresses. Just a hint, I hope this helps you!
