This is an Angel Investor site that is very inexpensive. It allows you
to select potential angel investors by zip code or state or industry
or "wealth" category. It doesn't offer angel investors by religious
category, but I imagine if you requested those in the zip codes of
Salt Lake City, Ogden or Utah in general, you would likely encounter a
majority of LDS members.

might enjoy visiting this very useful site on enterpreneur activities.

Listings that you need might be located here, but a $50.00 membership
fee is required.

This site is interesting in that they accept your business plan which
could include the requirement that the angel investor belong to the
LDS church. As the FAQ mentions, they should respond to you within 24
hours. The cost is only the effort you make to submit the plan to
them. If they accept, they will supply all the pricing structures.
A caveat comes to mind here: I saw an interview of the Dixie Chicks
musical group. They mentioned that one of their albums grossed over
$200 million and the label gave them less than a million per Chick,
which is why they relied on roadshows where they could keep 50% of the
profit.

My emphasis on a "list" of angels with LDS affiliation resulted in no
internet hits.
