An e-mail from PC offered an online subscription for $9.99, which I
took. Next thing I was requested to download the "Zinio reader", which
took a long time, but which I did, and it is now in
c:\windows\desktop. Next an email advised me that the current PC issue
is available for downloading, but without instructions how to do this.
Trying to find out sent me from one screen to another without results.
It is very sad if someone like the reputable PC resorts to such
fraudulent sales tactics.
Can anybody advise me either how to download the PC issue, or if my
computer is not good enough how to recover the $ 9.99.
The time wasted of course cannot be recovered. If they would have
listed the computer requirements needed in their first email that
could have been avoided. But they don't care as long as the time
wasted is somebody else's

First, I think you have downloaded the Zinio reader, but not installed
it. To do that double click on the downloaded file in
c:\windows\desktop. It will ask you some details and then proceeds to
install this software. Once it insalls the software it should download
your magazine if your internet connection is ON.
