My application prints pdf files silently to a specified printer using
AcroExch.AVDoc and I get "There was an error opening document" once in
a while. At around the same time the following error shows up in the
event viewer (the server {72498821-3203-101B-B02E-04021C009402} did
not register with DCOM within the required timeout). I restart Acrobat
and it goes away for a while
