We are a small business called Superior Titanium.  We currently
manufacture titanium money clips and titanium rings.  Some of our
products are located at www.superiortitanium.com.  We sell almost
exclusively online at this time.

We would like to set up a network of sales reps in major cities in
Canada and the United States to get our products into stores, however,
we do not have experience with doing this.

I understand that a 15-20% commission on gross sales is standard.  How
do I find people in other cities who are interested?  What do we need
to consider in order to successfully develop a network of sales reps?
