I keep getting a returned mail message from someone who is not on any
of my address lists in Outlook. This person has some how tapped into
my mail in the past and put in a command to send him copies of my
mail. However, now the address is no longer good and I keep getting
these rejections. How can I stop this address from still working in my
mail system?

Have you checked your computer for viruses lately?

You can get a free virus scanner called AVG here:
http://free.grisoft.com

Or do a free online scan of your computer here:

This is an all too common a problem. A machine is sending with your
?forged address? and is sending to another address which is defunct or
has blacklisted your address. Therefore it is bounced back to you.
Christmas letters with dozens of CC addresses are one of the main
avenues for distribution of addresses. All it needs is for one of the
machines which legitimately has your address on it to be infected with
the wrong sort of nasty. Just delete the mails and ignore hate mail
from people who think you are sending viruses.

It is works of SPAMers.
When they send an email they describe inside your return address.
They don't care about. They aware only about link inside the mail.
As result if recepient doesn't exist then you receive such mail back.
Also you will be in blacklist of some servers as SPAMer.
