I am looking for marriage records in Katowitz, Poland for the period
beginning 1915 and ending 1938. The last name of the woman I am
looking for is Mayerhoff and the first initial could A,D or R.

Geburts-, Heirats- und Sterberegister: 1874 - 1945
i.e.
Register of births, marriages and deaths 1874 - 1945.

However, I do not know if they would search all the records "for the period
beginning 1915 and ending 1938".
