I am looking for recently updated or current data on average
percentage of ownership offered to new hires in senior marketing and
technology roles. Hire grants as a percentage of shares outstanding is
another way to explain this.

In Table 2 of the link below, you can see exactly this type of
information. This is what I am looking for, but not during the 2000
dot.com boom time period. This type of percentage information for
senior marketing and technology roles in technology start-ups in the
2004 year would answer my question.
