I would like a comprehensive list of ingredients in cigarettes that
are cancer causing or poison. I know the list is up to 600 different
items and not all of them are in a single brand of cigarette.

I found a list online of 599 additives to cigarettes which may be the
list of 600 substances you are looking for. This is a list released by
the cigarettes companies themselves. Some of them may not seem to be
the cancer causing or poisonous substances at first glance, but they
may be when burned. Would this list be satisfactory for you?

Just to let everyone else know, the asker would like a definitive list
of the 600 ingredients indicating which are harmful and which are not.
I had said that such a list may not be available given the amount of
research already done on the subject, but other researchers may have
better luck.
