Hi doody69-ga,

What type of information would satisfy your question? Are you looking for 

- What government?  U.S.? UK? Somewhere else? Any government anywhere? 
- A compilation of sites offering information about such grants/loans? 
- A named list or database of funding sources? 
- A tutorial on how to locate funding sources? 
- How to apply for loans and grants? 
- Information for a particular type of small business, or just general
information on any and all possible kinds?

Also, please explain what you mean by "free" - free in the sense of
not requiring you to pay back (in which case it would not be a loan),
or free in the sense of having no application fee?  Something else?
