I also rean across this and unless I?m totally mistaken, Ruell
apparently has his own photography web site too. You won?t find any
pictures of him here (though some of the other nerds from the movie
are) but you might be able to contact him at the address given and see
if he?ll send you one.

Those where close but I need something closer to a head shot. Those
tended to just be body shots. It also need to be fairly close. An
example would be what a actor  would send to a talent agency.

Actors don't normally send talent agencies head shots of themselves in
character from previous projects. These are usually only found as
publicity stills promoting that particular movie (which is apparently
what we see in the photos I indicated). The photo show here on the
left is probably the best (if not the only) headshot photo you will
find of Ruell as "Kip".

The resolution looks high enough that you can probably crop it and
then enlarge it some to suit your purposes.

You are not going to find a headshot (in the character of Kip),
because all that is going to be available is the studio stills (i.e.
publicity shots) for marketing the movie to the public, which normally
aren?t headshots.

All you can do is contact the studio and ask for one of these:

write or call the studio, and ask for one of these promotional shots:

Maybe say that you?d like one some you can send it in the get
autographed. Then when it arrives either scan it at the highest
resolution you have and crop a headshot from it, or take it somewhere
to have done, like a photographer. You, of course, can?t sell or
market this, as it would be an infringement on the studio?s ownership
of the photo, and the character.
