I was only able to find Donald M. Casey's title at Johnson & Johnson?s Vistakon:

Donald M. Casey

"Donald Casey, a top executive with Johnson & Johnson?s Vistakon
contact lens unit, was named company group chairman of J & J?s vision
care business. Casey succeeds Gerald Ostrov, who will retire from
Johnson & Johnson in the second half of 2005 after 28 years with the
company."
