If I melt pre-packaged chocolate and pour it into a mold to make shaped candy and lollipops, are there any health inspections or FDA requirements that I must comply with to sell the candy? I would not be making the chocolate, only reshaping and repackaging it. |

Your home kitchen is subject to local health code regulations. An alternative is to rent kitchen time at a local restaurant that is inspected regularly. |
