Using google to do a search for "Never apoligze Mister..." I was able
to find the following audio files for you with John Wayne quote.

Please let me know if you would like something more as I search for 40
mins and was only able to find this file, but it is good, there do not
seem to be many quotes from this movie online, whereas others have

That was pretty unhelpful, as it is the same link the answer provided.
The text suggests that it presents the whole quote, but I didn't
listen to it. I assume lisaradha-ga did, and thus that she is correct.
