I am interested in finding out the number of psychiatry "clinics" in
the United States.  By this, I mean I would like to get an idea of the
number of independent entities practicing psychiatry.  I don't need
the total number of psychiatrists; I am actually interested in finding
out the number of practices (i.e. if, say, 2 or 3 psychiatrists
practice together, that counts as 1.  Likewise, a hospital or a
specialty clinic would be one entity.)  A breakdown by type (i.e.,
independent/joint practices, hospitals, specialty clinics, and
"other") would be the most useful format.  An acceptable answer would
either be in that format, or alternatively would give the links to the
different
numbers required to deduce such numbers.
