Hello. Just type the www address into the "location" or "address" bar at the top of the browser program that you're using right now to read this. This is the long white box near the top of your screen. There are some pictures at modelzero.org: http://www.modulezero.org/demos/browsingweb/parts.html Also see: "Location Bar The location bar displays the name of the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) and the bookmark organisation system. The box that displays the URL can also be used to open a page. To do this, just click in the box, delete the URL that is displayed and type in a new URL. Of course, you need to know the specific URL in order to do this." See photos at: http://ioc.unesco.org/oceanteacher/resourcekit/Module2/Internet/browser.html Again, just use your mouse to point at the "location" or "address" bar, type in the www address and hit the "enter" key. --------- search strategy: browsers "location bar" I hope this helps. If I've misunderstood the problem, please use the "request clarification" feature to let me know. Thank you. |
