There is a song I heard in the early 90's with the phrase "That's what
you do when you can't get no pussy " in the chorus.The opening line is
"Michaelangelo was doing a one man show" I want the name of the album

The lyrics and music are by Shel Silverstein and Dennis Locorriere. 
It was recorded by Dr. Hook in 1984 and appears on "The Best of Dr.
Hook."

The actual lyrics are slightly different from the the lines you gave
(thus you may have had google search troubles).  The actual words are:

"Michaelangelo was giving a one man show ... And he says, That's what
I do when I can't get no pussy"

There seem to be several albums called "The Best of Dr. Hook."  It is
*not* on the the 1976 LP called "The Best of Dr. Hook" (whose label
and release number is Columbia C 34147).

eBay.com at the moment, but none of them appear to be the one with the

ebay to be notified via email of future Best of Dr. Hook listings on

Hello again.  I have some info to correct in my answer!

The album is actually titled "The Rest of Dr. Hook" and *not* "The
Best of Dr. Hook"

Here is a small scan of the cover:

As you can see, the "B" in Best is crossed out and an "R" is inserted.
 As such, it's possible some people/sellers may think the album is
entitled "The Best of..."

The track listing is: I Couldn't Believe, Feels Good, I'll Kill You,
Drinking Wine Alone, You´ve Heard It All Before, The Ugliest Man in
Town. Michaelangelo, Got That Feeling, Yours & Mine, Angela's Eyes, I
Need To Fall in Love Again, and Rings Of Grass.
