If you've accepted the quote then yes they are. |

Does that mean that before you accept it it's subject to change? For instance I've had an instance where I've got a quote online and then rang up to take out cover, and they've said they're not going to honour the quote even though none of my information had changed (an error in their system or something). The thing is, based on the quote given, you could potentially go out and buy a certain car, so next time I want the info to be able to say "sorry, but you're legally bound to honour the quote."! |
