It varied from time to time ... like all political & economic theories. Hitler practised autarcky, see: http://www.onelook.com/?w=autarky&ls=a When he ran out of hard cash & foreign credits, he resorted to barter and conquest. Some Fascist parties proposed Social Credit whose most famous proponent was C H Douglas: http://www.mondopolitico.com/library/socialcredit/socialcredit.htm All hated the International Financiers. |

Yes, but "pure" Fascism, as the name implies, is the Italian economic ideology and actual policy, not the Nazi one, as similar as it may be. |
