I'm looking for any records relating to my ancestors who lived in Wielun, Poland until 1939. I've tried some Jewish geneaology databases to no avail but couldn't find any that match the time period I'm looking for, and certainly none with the names needed. If you can give me a link to an appropriate database, that would be great. If you actually can find specific records, I will acknowledge that accordingly in the tip. If you think you could find specific records for a higher price, please say so in the comments and I'll ask again with a fitting price point. Specific records include any of the people below with last name Berkowicz: *Parents: Daniel - b.1885, Brana (her mother: Aida) *Children: Reuben Yaakov, Berek, Ruth (married Aler, child named Zigmush), Dora (married Abram Goldbart, had two children), Esther, Meyer, Adele, Abram (b. 1927), Zigmush *Cousins: David (b.1913), Yitzchak, Wolf | |

Since the user never responded to my clarification request, I'll post the information I found here: Hello, I was able to find some information from the JewishGen website. Some of the people you mentioned lived in the Lodz Ghetto during the war: Abram: Born 8/15/27, recorded in Lodz Ghetto 9/25/42. Ghetto addresses: Rubens Strasse 8 Flat 9, Franz Strasse 36. Occupation: Schlosser (locksmith) Berek: Born 8/17/11, recorded in Lodz Ghetto 12/24/42. Ghetto addresses: Muhl Gasse 16 Flat 6, Franz Strasse 36. Occupation: Telefonen? Izak (Yitzchak?): Born 7/6/11. Ghetto address: Am Bach 5 Flat 5. Occupation: Tischler (carpenter). Jakob Wolf: Born 9/16/08. Recorded in ghetto 7/15/1943. Ghetto address: Rubens Strasse 8 Flat 9, Am Bach 5. Occupation: Tischler (carpenter). Mid-19th century records for the family in Wielun are available at Jewish Records Indexing -- Poland (http://www.jewishgen.org/JRI-PL/). You can find the name of other Wielun Berkowicz researchers at the JewishGen Family Finder (http://data.jewishgen.org/wconnect/wc.dll?jg~jgsys~jgff~~WIELUN~POL~ST~ALL~~).
