I know there are services out there that say they can get a credit
card debt ELIMINATED ( not just give you credit counseling or a
consolidation loan), and I found a couple that claim a mortgage can be
eliminated. Has anyone successfully done this? What proof do they
have? web sites include google search for goodbyemortgage.com and
bankhonesty.com

Just from the website names, they seem to be scams. Run the other
way. Pay your bills.

Keep in mind that there are two kinds of debt. Secured and unsecured
debt have different remedies to protect the lender. A mortgage
generally has the asset that is purchased with the money as collateral
to secure the note. Call a bankruptcy attorney to learn more about
remedies.
