I want to know if what has happened to myself, my mother and sister
has happened to anyone else? If so, I want to learn more and contact
others that had this happen to them. I will now describe the incident.
 This was NOT an out of body experience but it definitely was
supernatural or paranormal. While sleeping, I had the distinct
sensation of my body being completely filled up with another entity. I
do not know if it was my deceased father or God or what. It was the
most wonderful sensation I have ever felt. Pure energy from head to
toe and front to back. It felt like it had incredible power. It
entered from my back suddenly in my dream and stayed for maybe 30
seconds then faded away quickly. At first the shear energy frightened
me but a voice inside said relax and enjoy it, that it was not meant
to harm me. After it left my body I awoke immediately.
 
The incredible thing is this EXACT same sensation happened to my
sister in another part of the country while she was AWAKE at work and
it happened to my mom while she was AWAKE while driving in her car.
All of our episodes were many months or years apart and I was not even
aware of theirs until I told my mom what happened to me. She then told
me of their episodes. My mom feels sure it was my dad in her and she
says it felt wonderful also. My sister was totally freaked out and
crying after it happened because the energy scared her. She also felt
as if it was an entity of some sort as if it was alive. My dad had
died many years previous.
 
I can find out of body experiences all over the internet but not this
experience of another entity entering my body. It was the most
incredible experience that I have ever had. Much later it occurred to
me that it seemed much like what happened in the movie Cocoon where
the alien being enters the human to have their form of sex. However,
mine was not erotic in any way. It was just the same sensation as that
movie of being completely filled by another living entity. My whole
body also felt like pure energy like what is seen in Star Trek when
they beam up. I could feel every molecule in my body being energized
by this entity; and it was incredible!whatever entered the 3 of us, we
all agree it was alive so to speak. It was a something or someone. We
all felt the presence of an entity that entered our bodies and then
left.
 
Can you help and point me in the direction I need to be? I want to
know if this has happened to anyone else and how often this has
happened etc. I would like to know what others think may have
happened. I do not know what this is called or what search terms to
use. I would appreciate any help you could provide. Links to sites or
contacts is what I am looking for since I need to find out who else
had this happen to them. I assure you none of us are goofy or take
medicine or see UFO's. All three of us are as level headed as can be.
I just can't believe we are the only 3 on this planet that has had
this incredible experience happen to them. Thank you

I forgot to mention that my searches under paranormal and supernatural
turned up nothing. Most sites seem to be about ghosts and esp and mind
reading etc. And out of body experience (OBE) websites seem to
indicate they are nothing like our experiences. We all had an another
entity ENTER our bodies. We didn't leave our bodies like in (OBE). My
only guess is that the entity that entered me was either my dad, God,
or an angel. There was just too much energy and power in the entity to
be anything else. Interestingly enough, all three of us were going
through tough times, for different reasons, in our lives when it
happened to each of us. thanks again.

For a situation like this, I would say first off, possession. But
since it was in a dream and you did not feel any evil in the action,
you may have had contact with a spirit entity that tried to
communicate to you, and it had been communicating with your family for
years. Perhaps it is an entity residing in your household? Sometimes
there are resident spirits in certain places, and their actions can be
beneficial or harmful to humans depending on the situation. Or could
it be what is called a "spirit guide"? If you know and could find
reputable psychics or psychic researchers, perhaps they can give a
better explanation to you.

I appreciate your input. I should point out that the entity entered my
body at home, my mother's body while she was in a car driving, and my
sister's body while she was at work in a city hundreds of miles away.
Except for these 3 ocassions it has not happened again to any of us.
Nor has it happened to the other 5 members of our family. Therefore,
it wouldn't be an entity residing in any one place. It was a one time
event for each of us at 3 different locations in the United States.
Also, each of us had our event happen months if not years apart. I
personally do not believe in ghosts or psychics. I probably will never
have all the answers to these episodes. I was only hoping to find
others that had an entity (a good one) enter their body and then leave
it after about 15-30 seconds. To reiterate, mine occurred while I
slept but my mom and sister's ocurred while they were awake. Yet we
all described the same sensation. Also, mine was not just a dream as I
have NEVER had a dream like that ever. I FELT the event and awoke
immediately. By "spirit guide" perhaps you mean guardian angel. Has
anyone had a spirit guide or guardian angel enter their body and then
leave after just a few moments? I think the purpose for the 3 of us
was to tell us everything is ok and to just give us this incredible
experience. I just don't know. I can only say, if this is what the
afterlife feels like...then it is paradise indeed and we all have
something really neat to look forward to. I wish it would happen again
but I am lucky that it happened even once.

Perhaps it was a "walk-in" experience ...

thank you for the suggestion on walk-ins. I very much appreciate it. I
read over the web site and would say the 3 of us did not have a
walk-in. None of us changed as persons or personality wise. In fact,
we continued onward the same as we ever were...except for the fact of
this fantastic experience. In reading the web site about walk-ins, I
was not able to find anyone describing how it felt. I was hoping
someone would describe the exact same physical sensation that we all
felt. Also, the 3 of us all got the distinct feeling of this entity
entering us, staying for less than 30 seconds inside us, then leaving
us as we were before. Sort of like a spiritual hug but in every
molecule of our bodies. I have to admit, if I was reading this stuff
about someone else, I would say they are a crackpot with issues. I can
only tell you that I am 40 years old and college educated. My mother
is 70 and college educated and my sister is 38 and college educated.
We are as ordinary and level headed as can be. With 8 billion people
on this planet, I have to believe someone else has felt this exact
same physical sensation. What was inside the three of us for those
brief seconds was another entity without a doubt. I just wish it had
identified itself. I know I didn't lose my soul or switch souls. I
hate to mock that website but it actually referred to wearing a hat at
all times so you don't lose your chakra (I guess that is soul or
walkin). A cloth hat to stop a supernatural paranormal entity? They
have to be kidding.

Hi J887, There have been a few questions like yours on GA. And I have
commented on most. But if you regard yourself as a Christian, then
only the Bible can supply true answers. I cannot comment on how other
religions, Muslim, Hindu etc, view their belioefs of the spiritual
realm.
The bible states that when we die, we cease to exist..totally.
Ecclesiastes 9;5..The living are conscious that they will die, but as
for the dead, ther are conscious of nothing at all.
Psalm 146;4.."His spirit goes out, he goes back to his ground, in that
day his thoughts do perish".
Both these scriptures were in the holy jewish scriptures or writings
that Jesus had available to him during his time on earth. Nowhere did
he contradict them. Both scriptures refer to thinking. The idea that a
part of us departs to heaven on death is totally dependent on that
"spirit" or " ghost" being able to continue to think and plan for
future " haunting" or "possession".
So logically, the idea of human " ghosts" goes totally against what
the Bible states. So if you believe the Bible, there can be no such
thing as " ghosts". However, demon possession is totally true. Jesus
gave the example of a wild man possessed by many demons. Jesus, with
his authority as God's son, ordered them out of the man and into a
herd of swine. Even they acknowledged that Jesus was the Messiah,
god's son..Matthew 8;28-32..Mark 5;2-13..Luke 8;27-33
Three separate accounts of the same story. In each case the demons
said " What have I to do with you, Jesus, son of the most high God". 
In verse 30 Jesus asks " What is your name?" The answer was " Legion,
because many demons had entered into him"
So what you have is demon possession. It may only have been temporary
but it was this nevertheless.
Revelation 12; 12 states that Satan is on the earth, now, and is
seeking victims. The answer is simple. Just honestly ask God , via
Jesus, for his protection. And He does not mind if you use his
name..Exodus 6;3

thank you pugwasjw for your input. I do not believe it was a demon
possession because all three of us expressed the same wonderful great
feeling of goodness. There was absolutely nothing evil or unpleasant
about the experiences. In fact, it was the greatest feeling and
experience any of us has ever had. In spite of the Bible verses, I
know what was inside each of us was good and wonderful. Unfortunately
the Bible doesnt have all the answers and perhaps we will never know
what it was until we die and meet God. Thank you again.
