Neckties usually come with a plastic clasp or holder that is used to
display the tie, for example by hanging it on a hook to display in the
store or on a tie rack at home. The item is so trivial it is difficult
to find the word to identify it, but it holds the tie like a paper
clip would for example.
They are generally supplied to the merchants from tie manufacturer,
Van Heusen, for example.
I am seeking a supply of these clasps - about 50-100. The only
criteria are that it being wider (e.g. 2-3") rather than narrower, and
as sturdy as possible, to hold the tie in quarters, if possible,
rather than loop through just once.
The name and contact information for a supplier of these, or a store
that would be willing to sell or part with a bunch of them; preferably
in the U.S.
If they are made of something less breakable than plastic, that is
even better, although I have never seen them. |
