How can I find a teacher's picture in a high School yearbook? The
school is in St.John, Indiana and it is Lake Central High School.

Contact the school, perhaps?

Typically the high school library would have back years.  Otherwise I
would suggest contacting the library in that town and ask them if they
have year books for the school.

I did research on my high school's history before.  I've found that
the high school have archives of old year books and old school
gazzettes.  Those are great places to find old photos of students and
teacher.  Find out if the yearbooks do include photos of teachers or
whether the faculty have group photos taken of them.
