Is it still legal for other people beside 321 Studios to sell their
remaining supplies of DVD X Copy software?

From what it seems they are selling the software that they have in
stock. And while they are not 321 studios they do seem to the offciail
reseller.

We do, however have a large quantity of the pre ban software. It is
our hope and intention to build confidence in DVD X Copy software, so
that we can continue to sell our remaining stock.
